The Neverland Wars

A mythic, psychological fantasy about memory, power, erasure, and the stories we survive by

 

A thousand years ago, the world ruptured.

Shadow was severed from self, and Neverland did not recover. 

Some wounds never truly close.

For three years, Tinker Bell has served as Pan’s spy. When he brings Wendy Darling and her siblings to the island, the cost of her allegiance becomes impossible to ignore. Pan’s laws change at his pleasure. Memories she was never meant to recover rise without warning. Then an ancient magic severs Pan’s Shadow from his body. Though it takes his form, the Shadow reveals a mind and designs of its own.

Captain James Hook commands the Lethe, searching Neverland for the children Pan casts aside and offering safe harbor to those he finds. Every rescue is an act of war, and the latest attempt brings him into Tinker Bell’s path after years of silence. The choice before them threatens to unmake Pan’s kingdom.

Pan simply will not allow it.

As his grip tightens on the Darlings, Pan’s control over Tinker Bell, his Shadow, and the Lost Boys fractures, and Neverland divides along a fault line laid down a thousand years before.
